Comfortable and clean rooms made for a pleasant stay, and the staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, making sure our large group was accommodated with ease. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the facility appeared worn down, with broken tiles in the bathroom that needed urgent attention. Additionally, the presence of cockroaches in the room was alarming, detracting from what could have been a much better experience.
